Kenn D. Fisher
Dr Fisher is Associate Professor in Learning Environments at the University of Melbourne and Director, Education, with Woods Bagot architects, both roughly half time. He mixes research with practice aspiring to an evidence-based translational planning and design process in adapting the clinical medical translational research model. He is a co-founder of the Learning Environments Applied Research Network (www.learnetwork.edu.au), a cross-disciplinary research centre across the Faculties of Architecture, Education and Medicine with industry partners in technology, education, architecture. The centre also has school and university partners in its research programs and has won in excess of $3m in research grants seeking to align pedagogy, technology and space in the past 8 years.
