Abi Brooker
Dr Abi Brooker completed her PhD in Psychology from the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences (MSPS), University of Melbourne in 2014. Her research investigated the educational and challenges faced by refugee, immigrant and Australian-born students.
Abi is currently a reach fellow at the Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher Education, University of Melbourne. Her research interests within the Centre include the relationship between curriculum design, teaching practice and student mental health; and the role of learning analytics in higher education. She is also a current member of the Learning Analytics Research Group, working on several multidisciplinary projects about students’ online learning experiences.
