Karin Kjellgren
Karin Kjellgren is Pro Dean, Professor in Nursing at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Linköping University, Sweden since 2010 and guest Professor in Nursing at the Institute of Health and Care Sciences, the Sahlgrenska Academy at University of Gothenburg. Since 2010 she is a member in the Centre for Person-Centred Care (GPCC) for long-term illnesses. Kjellgren has her PhD in clinical pharmacology. Her research is about communication and education in different health care settings, with focus on adherence to drug treatment. She has worked with development of higher education in health sciences; between 1985-2000 as an educational consultant at Linköping University and 2002-2008 as Vice Dean of the Undergraduate Educations at the Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg.
