Although my substantive position is Associate Professor in Physics, I have held a number of Associate Dean positions including Teaching and Learning, Academic, and Regional. For the last five years I have developed a particular interest around curriculum design that supports multi-campus access to learning. Through the Associate Dean Regional position I have initiated and led projects on Multi-campus teaching, Blended Learning and Regional Agriculture each of which involves supporting academic staff to transition their subject delivery so that it is equitable, efficient and effective on more than one campus.
