Eryn Thomas
Dr Eryn Thomas has only recently completed her PhD in Adult Education which focuses on the everyday learning that people do outside of formal education. As well as working on publishing from her thesis, she currently lectures on the Contextual Studies team in the School of Education at the University of New England, Armidale. Eryn’s non-academic background includes working in the Community Services sector for many years as well as teaching Community Services and related courses within TAFE before starting her PhD studies. Her current research interests include (but are not limited to) the learning that people experience across and throughout their lives, as well as the interaction between their wider lives and formal education.
