Jo Coldwell-Neilson
My profile as an educator is someone who is recognised in a broad range of roles, including discipline leader, course leader and unit chair. My role as Associate Head afforded me the opportunity to provide strong leadership in teaching and learning within the School. The confluence of these roles has afforded me insights into the needs of students and the demands of a fast-moving curriculum that no single role could achieve and has had a significant impact on my understanding of my teaching role and hence teaching practice.
