Maria Northcote
Associate Professor Maria Northcote has been a HERDSA Fellow since 2013. In her role as the Assistant Dean, Learning and Teaching in the Faculty of Education, Business and Science at Avondale College of Higher Education, she is involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education, and professional development. She conducts research in teacher education, academic staff development, threshold concepts, online education and assessment. Maria has been employed at Avondale College of Higher Education in NSW since 2010. Before that, she worked at the University of Newcastle NSW and Edith Cowan University in Perth. Maria is a current member of HERDSA TATAL 2011.
