Barbara Yazbeck is a Learning Skills Adviser at Monash University. She has experience in teaching academic literacies in a variety of health-related fields including Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiography, Nutrition & Dietetics. She has a Master of Applied Linguistics as well as a Master of Arts (Melbourne University). She has an interest in critical pedagogies and theories of learning. She was a finalist in the Pearsons's English Australia Award 2007.
