Judi Green

Judi Green has 30 years of active involvement in education, training and career development. She is passionate about working in the careers industry, with a strong interest in program design, implementation and management. The approach is student centred and multifaceted. Judi is the Career Development Learning Manager for Careers, Leadership and Volunteering at Monash University. Her role has included leading and developing the delivery of careers education programs to faculties, student associations and other stakeholder groups so as to increase the employability and employment outcomes of Monash students. Judi has led the team of Career Education Consultants who have delivered bespoke career education programs to over 55 academic units, 100’s of career seminars, well attended programs, robust individual career counselling sessions and extensive support materials. Currently she is working closely with the Office of the Vice-Provost (Learning and Teaching) developing a module for Continuing Education Excellence Development (CEED), to help Monash staff improve their students’ employability.
