Christine Slade

Dr Christine Slade is the Academic Developer (ePortfolios) in the Centre for the Support and Advancement of Learning and Teaching, University of the Sunshine Coast, responsible for the university-wide implementation of ePortfolios using the PebblePad software platform. Recently, Christine was recently a recipient of a prestigious Platinum LearnX Impact Award in recognition of this work. Christine was also project manager of the OLT-funded Experiential Learning in Planning Education: Resources and Tools for Good Practice research grant (2012-14) and project coordinator for the Advancing Academic Professionalisation: National Benchmarking of Graduate Certificates for Higher Education research project (2014-15). Her learning and teaching research interests include innovative pedagogies, application of assessment principles, experiential learning, digital literacy and academic practice.
